I've always had a keen interest in creative things, and always loved editing software. From a very young age, I spent hours editing nothing on the computer and I always find excuses to help people with editing work; just to satisfy my desire for editing and designing things. Later then, there came YouTube, where I learnt more about Photoshop and DSLR cameras.
When kids of my age were crazy about boybands, magazines and pretty shoes, I bought my first digital camera. I’ve been taking pictures since then.
Later, I became a mum, and bought my first DSLR. From then onward I just can’t stop taking pictures of my kids. I attempted a blog, but people seem to be paying more attention towards the pictures I took instead of the contents of my blog. And a few friends started asking me to take pictures of their kids; some offered to pay, and it became a thing.
I’m a mum of three kids, which meant over the years I gained plenty of experience handling babies. I’m not one to force babies in a positions they aren’t comfortable with just to have beautiful photos. My style is, the more natural the better it is. After all, the whole point of it all is to help you capture those moments that are otherwise lost or forgotten.
I took photography classes to learn about safety during newborn sessions, improved my know-how about the technicalities of cameras and now I’m a certified photographer.
